Rahul Urgaonkar

I am a Network Scientist in the Network Research group at Raytheon BBN Technologies. I finished my Ph.D. studies in Electrical Engineering at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles. At USC, I worked as a Research Assistant in the Communication Sciences Institute and my advisor was Prof. Michael J. Neely. Earlier, I obtained a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in 2002 and MS in Electrical Engineering from USC in 2005.

Here is my thesis: Optimal Resource Allocation and Cross-Layer Control in Cognitive and Cooperative Wireless Networks.
