Gregory D. Troxel received his S.B., S.M., E.E. and Ph.D. degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a Division Scientist at BBN Technologies, where he is the principal investigator for a project creating cognitive teams of software radios. Previously, he worked on integrating IPsec and Quantum Cryptography, and exploring mobility, security, QoS, and routing for the tactical environment. Troxel's research interests include clock synchronization, security, and mobility.
