Attestations -- Overview
Each UPDATE includes one or more “address” attestations and a set of “route” attestations
These are carried in a new, optional, transitive path attribute
They are used by BGP speakers to validate the destination address blocks and the full end-to-end path (AS_PATH) information in the UPDATE
